What you’re looking at

This page is a visual demo only. No logins, no backend, and no real data. It’s designed to help letting agents quickly understand the idea and share feedback.

  • Agent creates an application link
  • Tenant completes a guided application
  • Agent receives a complete, referencing-ready submission

What OneTenancy is

OneTenancy helps letting agents collect complete, referencing-ready rental applications via a single application link.

Instead of chasing applicants for missing details, agents share one link per property. Applicants complete their information once, with guidance and validation, so applications arrive complete and ready for referencing.

Agent dashboard (planned)

Each letting agent will get a simple dashboard to manage properties, generate and control application links, and view received applications in one place.

(Shown in the demo conceptually — this is not live software yet.)

What it isn’t

  • Not a referencing provider
  • Not a property portal
  • Not a tenant marketplace

OneTenancy doesn’t replace your existing systems. It simply sits before referencing, removing admin delays caused by missing or inconsistent applicant information.
